I got this for my elderly neighbor, I remembered summer time she was saying how hard the skin on the feet is and how difficult is to remove it. So this item was ordered for her. 2 weeks since I gifted it I asked how is she getting on with this file and she said it's amazing! She is using it every second day and definitely can see obvious important.she is using creams too but file is doing good job.
