I wanted these because of the color. Once they came in I feel in love with how well they fit in my hand. Balance is very good, grip is nice. I have noticed that my husband is alway borrowing them to take outside and use them on his griddle or grill. But that's okay, I know what to get him for a present. The color is a wonderful blue green, the handles are wood, the heads stand up to heat. There are utensils for about everything I can think of to cook.
