Came Broken!!!!

I received this last night and it was late so opened it up this morning.  The otter box was fine, but the inner box was a hot mess. I figured it was just the box so opened it up. The styrofoam was all broken, the lid was completely missing, not one but BOTH cords were missing, there obviously was plastic underneath as pieces of tape plastic were still on but only in places. Then to top it off the corner on the bottom had a broken piece that looked like it was broken off and put back to hide the break which almost sliced my finger. Thankfully I only got a small paper cut. I immediately called Amazon customer service and was sent authorization to return it and was informed to reorder it and I would be refunded upon receipt of the broken item for that item. And I was promised a replacement and if I ordered it she would refund me in full once I received it. I never got confirmation so called back and eventually spoke to Patrcik S a supervisor who listened to the call and agreed to give me a refund of $89.99 (the price went up by $10 since I ordered it last week) once I receive it   was told to just call back and he sent me confirmation in an email.  It was very disturbing that Amazon would let this go out like that.  That said at this point it is a 1 star item. If ny replacement is fine I will test and update my review.
