Big light, Little package

WOW! This thing is bright! I was shocked at how much light was emitted! This little guy takes 3 AA batteries, which it makes it a bit heavy. This is not for UL hikers, but for around camp or in the car this is wonderful! Battery life seems good, I'm still on my first set and have used this about an hour at a time for several nights. My daughter used it as a night light, but I think its too bright to use it for that on a regular basis. The little handle/ hook isn't very functional, but i used it as a kickstand on a book case it and worked well to angle the light a bit. I would suggest attacing a carabiner or some paracord on the handle to be able to suspend it from high point in a tent or on a ridgeline when hammocking. The light works best when its over-head shining down. 

The good:
small footprint, bright light, long battery life

The bad:
a bit heavy for size, handle not very useful
