Great for Kayaking! Provides WONDERFUL protection!!
I wear it around my neck & don't have to worry about losing or ruining my phone. My phone is fully functional inside the dry bag... I'm able to answer calls, text, & take pictures.The clarity of the pics taken inside the bag are impressive at best.
Make sure you read & follow the directions that come inside the bag. Test with a paper towel sealed in the bag & completely submerge under water for a few minutes. Then take bag out of water, dry outside of bag & remove phone. The paper towel should be as dry as it was going in.
I kept mine under water for about 15 minutes to be extra safe. The paper towel came out bone dry. I then did the same test on an older phone that I no longer use, & got the same results.
I tested this bag with a Galaxy Avant, which is a smaller phone, but I use it regularly with a Galaxy S7. The S7 fits perfectly snug inside.
This particular dry bag would not accommodate anything bigger than an S7, like a Note or Nexus.
I'm very happy with the, size & quality of this, I wish I had it sooner.
