These things are awesome.  I used them to make eggs in a basket so i used the cut out to cut the bread out in shape of a heart n dropped in 1 eggs n cooked.  My 8 yr old was so excited for it! Then i made start shape over medium eggs.  Definitely spray them with avocado oil or the oil you like. Super great buy for me.
