Great drill but very misleading

I want to start off by saying that this is a really nice drill. it comes with the battery and the charging base and the plug for the charger and the drill has worked very well the last couple times that I've used it. the picture on here shows that it comes with tools like a hammer a tape measure in a wrench, but there were no tools at all in the box. I kept going back and looking at the listing and looking at the listing on this site to and both of them show that it comes with tools and I did not receive any tools.
