At first I thought neck fans were completely a waste -- UNTIL I GOT ONE! I was proven wrong. When I tried the Aobor Neck Fan I couldn't believe it. It was quiet, comfortable and the intitial charge it came with lasted a long time. I know I'll be using this when it's hot out and I need to do yardwork outside.
