I am in love!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this hair straightener brush! I have been wanting to get one for sooooo long. I was not drawn by the color (I'm not overly fond of pink) but by the small form factor. And despite its compact form, this little thing is a big life saver!

My flat iron died a while back. I had that thing for years, so it was no surprise that it finally went kapoot. I'm a mom with a very attention demanding toddler, so I don't put much effort into my hair anymore like I used to. I either just let it air dry or hair dry it into whatever. I don't have time to style my hair. Since it's summertime again, I mostly air dry when I can because there is no central cooling in my house, so using the hair dryer just makes it worse when it already feels like an oven in the here. Blow drying isn't so bad, but leaving my hair to air dry leaves it in a straight/wavy poofy mess. I'm Filipino and my black hair used to be stick straight and super thick when I was a little girl and it didn't react to humidity at all. But now that I'm older it's the total opposite of all that. 

When I tried this for the first time yesterday I was skeptical. How well can a brush straighten my hair compared to my flat iron? Well, I was in shock, it did SO well. All I did was 1 or 2 quick passes and my hair was stick straight. Granted I used it right after blow drying my hair so all I had to do was pass it over any spots that had kinks, but I was elated. I can't wait to try it right after air drying. But I believe it will have the same results.

The only thing I wish, is that it was static free. My hair can be prone to static, but that's a minor hinderance. I can just use a dryer sheet whenever that happens.

If you're on the market for a straightener brush, do not hesitate to get this! It works and it's compactability makes it great for travel or for small spaces.
