Oh my God these things are a lifesaver, I know we need to wear masks and I wear my mask but I will say it is very hard to breathe with a mask on when you suck in air the mask sucks in with you making it hard for you to breathe hard for you to talk and hard for you to be understood. I bought these I am so glad I did! I will be buying more I have put them in every mask I own you can clip them in with a pin you can sew them in or just put it on your face and put the mask around your ears it will stay it makes it so that you can talk you can breathe easier. The mask stays away from your lips but still stays around your mouth and nose so that is still safe for you. These are also great for kids my nephew is having a very hard time with the mask, but when I gave him one of these he said it felt so much better and he kept the mask on. You need these trust me !!!
