~ What ~
Made of PU elastomer with 30-million bubbles, this pair of shoe insoles helps those who suffer from foot pain and plantar fasciitis. With a honeycomb gel design on the forefoot and heel areas, they have a U-cup heel wrap-around and BRT arch supports. Able to trim to fit men or women’s feet, they arrive in a cellophane bag with instructions.

~ Why ~
Since I walk 1o-to-15 thousand steps a day with our dog, my feet get sore quickly, especially when I overdo it. I like that I can trim these insoles at the front and insert them in my Costco rubberized sandals and be able to walk more comfortably. They also adapt well to my tennis shoes or dress flats. They are easy to cut down and insert.

~ Why Not ~
Those who have no foot problems will not need this product. Others who have wide feet may not like the fitted heel as they are for regular width feet. Some may find the top of their feet fitting in the shoes too tightly so may need to wear a size up in shoes.

~ Wish ~
In using them with my sandals, they slide back a little bit as there is no back heel to stop them. I wish they could be permanently secured (maybe with glue) so they stay in place.

~ Want ~
If you are looking for cushioned shoes without giving up your favorite footwear, this is a great option.
