item came fast. i am embarrased to say i suffer from pee problem. i am trying my exercises w this thing to see if i improve. so far i can see that i can cough and not a drop of pee. i need to do more exercises cause when I cough hard i still pee myself. ty for health product i hope i get better with more parctice. practice makes perfect.
