I take fish oil each day for heart health and joint pain, I find it has really helped my knees. I have always had knee issues thought I might have to get surgery then a friend told me to try fish oil after 3 weeks I seen a difference I was able to walk with out pain, it was a live saver. But and a big but the taste is not gross not pleasant at all it comes up on you when you least expect it and puts a bad taste in your month. I have tried freezing them that helped a little. These are lemon flavored and it makes a big difference since I have been using these I have not had that gross after taste or burped it up no issues at all!! It is also easy to swallow and so good for you. I give the makers of this A+ I have tried many many different kinds and this one is the best by far.
