Really cute!

I received this dress and thought it was a nice cute summer dress.  It was nice and flowy.  Unfortunately it was a bit more snug than expected based on teh measurements provided.  Some reviewers said it was stretchy material but it was not.  Therefore in the bust it was much too tight and made the neckline seem more extreme than it should have been.  I think it would be fine for a small busted woman even though there was no way I (normally a 34D) could wear it.
