OK you are not going to want to get these items for "serious" purposes, however as a gag gift it's very cute!  Packaged in gift wrap type cellophane with the TP tube threaded over the handle of the brush, and about the quality you would expect. It's a timely collectible and exactly as advertised.  Have fun!
