I am someone that gets neck stiffness quite frequently and this Massage Pillow by Health and Care has really helped relieve that soreness and stiffness. The massager is the perfect shape and size not only for my neck but for my back as well.
It has the kneading action in it as well as heat. You can also run it without the heat. It does not get as hot as a heating pad, but just enough heat comes through to provide that extra relief those aching and sore muscles need.
It is so easy to operate, there is a cord in the back that you plug it in and also included is a car charger so that you can use it while driving. It is so light in weight, weight approximately 2 1/2 pounds, easy to care, easy to back in a bag or in your suitcase. The material that goes on your neck and or back is soft, not scratchy at all.
I am quite please with this neck/back massager and this would make a great gift for anyone.
