Love this head band I can listen to music while running or working out and even allows me to receive calls though so can speak when running. The fabric of this running band isn't really thick so it don't make you hot when working out like some and is washable what's handily to. The sound quality is good and clear. I found this product easy to work having never usedone before very happy would recommend this product
