I finally decided to try charcoal to whiten my teeth. It had a gritty texture but I expected that. It didn't taste much at all. I scrubbed for the 2 minutes like it said and I see a slight difference after only one use. It is really messy though but not bad. I have really sensitive teeth and it did not hurt my teeth.
