I buy this to save time when I cook meats in my air fryer daily. It's very sharp to tenderize the meats. Very ergonomically made, and pushes with ease.  Although with thicker cuts of meat the blades had a harder time releasing. Came with a hard blade cover that looks like it will last. Blades are sharp and easy to clean with a dish/bottle brush.
