I really like the flavor of this garlic a lot. The fermentation process gives it a smoother, sweeter taste than regular fresh garlic. It also seems to eliminate much of the usual sharpness or 'bite' that garlic normally has. In a lot of ways, this stuff struck me as like the garlic equivalent to sweet Vidalia onions vs regular yellow onions, if that makes sense? The texture is definitely interesting and sort of reminded me of those soft, chewy type of fruit jelly candies. One thing to note, though: the product claim that there is no smell after eating is an outright lie. There is most DEFINITELY a light smell after eating these (my S.O can attest to that, lol).
