This is a pack of 5 resistance bands. There is also a information guide. Along with a handy carrying bag. Each band has a different tension. There is x-light (15-30lbs), light (15-35lbs), medium ( 30-50lbs), heavy ( 40-60lbs), and x-heavy ( 45-70lbs).
