Such a pretty shade

I bought my son a red set similar to this before Halloween that he used with his costume. I saw this bright blue set and decided that with formals, proms, and other fancy activities, it was better to add some fancy duds to the boys' clothing accessories than to constantly rent. We already have red, and now we have blue.  I had my son try them out for me, paired with his black dress shirt and slacks, and then against a white dress shirt. The bright blue really stands out on the black shirt and gives it a very nice look. Very sharp and dressy. It looks good with the white, too, but I really like the look of the black so much more. I wish I had taken a picture of it before he changed and left for the week for Spring Break at his dad's, as now I can't get these modeled and have to simply provide pictures of the suspenders and bow tie alone. But such is life... I have seen cheap bowties before, but this one is well made and looks good. It has a very high quality look to it. I was a little less impressed by the suspenders, but they are still nice and don't look bad with the bowtie and clothes.They have nice metal clasps that are easy to use and hold great. The suspenders have lots of stretch to them and can be adjusted to fit easily. I am thinking this is going to be a great set for us to have since there are so many formals and proms in the next 8 years (2 boys to get through high school). I am sure somewhere along the way one of his dates is going to pick a blue dress and I hope it will be the same shade as these so I don't need to rent or buy it for him.
