These are a good shape to swallow, nice and smooth so they glide right down.
There is 180 in each pot so I only have to buy 2 lots to last me all year.
Its vitamins, iron and also minerals so lots of good stuff all in one tablet.
I've only had them for a week so its too early to notice much effect but had no unwanted side effects as of yet.
Happy to keep on using them.
