I really like the workout shirts this company sells. I owned the same style, but different color. That is the reason why I decided to go ahead and purchase this shirt. The combination of 95% Polyester 5% Spandex makes this shirt feel very soft and comfortable. This time I purchased Granite Heather color and I am glad I did because it goes well with black capris and or workout pants. I have wore this top while working, running and working out and is still very comfortable. The reason why I give this shirt a four star is because when I bend over forward, is very revealing. If I were to use this top for yoga, I would have to wear an inside shirt that covers my bra so that I can comfortably do my yoga poses but then this will make me sweat more.
