I bought this primarily for my two sons, who love music and dancing. They have had a blast with this tambourine! It's still a little big for their shoes, but they wear it as a bracelet around their elbows and dance and sing. It's a really cute instrument, and I love that it's not too big. The wood is great quality, and the black elastic band feels substantial.
