The overall quality of this product is excellent and this a is a complete kit with everything you need. It also comes with a very nice semi hard case and the 12,000 mAh backup battery is very handy for charging cells phones. The light does seem to be about 1200 lumens with a nice white beam pattern with no hot spots. The beam is a little too wide on each side for fast 20+ Mph road biking but would be better for mounting bike trail riding with it's' wider beam pattern.
