Huge relief

Purchased this as I’ve recently taken up doing a bit of running in the evening with the partner... we don’t jog yet far or very fast but always my legs and knees imparticular really pay the price for days after and it was really becoming a problem 

I tried to warm up for longer. Wear proper footwear and take it easy but I just couldn’t control the pain in my knee 

so a doctor recommmeded these leg/knee supports and I’ve honestly not looked back... these were the best ones for me and were good value for a pack of 2

delivered next day they were well constructed ... secure even stitching meant they were made to last... Velcro fastening meant they would fit anyone and once I had them on they were very comfy and I could feel the support they give instantly... I left it a couple of weeks to let my knee recover substantially and then we began running again .... this time I’m pleased to report that my knees didn’t hurt half as much and I put that down to my age!! 

Running is much for fun now
