These pajamas are made out of a cotton blend. My daughter says they are so comfy !!! She wants to wear them to school. The top fits her perfectly. The bottoms are a tad big. The pants are adjustable. I ordered a size bigger than she usually takes. The size wasn't a drastic difference.
