This set comes with a comfy short sleeve top and shorts with an elastic waistband with an adjustable drawstring. They are soft and will keep you cool in the summer for sleeping. They seem to run true to size. I've ordered a few pairs of these pajamas in different styles and LOVE them. They are my daughters favorite.
