I got this and have used it a few times since. It has a nice glow and does give a calming feeling to the room. The Plug is nice because there is a little button on it and you can adjust it to the angle of your outlet which is great! There is a on/off switch on the front so that it can be left plugged in and just powered on or off as desired. The Salt part of the lamp is fairly thick so it don't appear that it would break if it were accidenrtally dropped. The salt rock does get warm to the touch but did not burn my skin when i touched it.
