This is a high strength vitamin B12, and the fact that this product is manufactured in the UK, rightly or wrongly, gives me confidence in its quality!
I buy it for a few reasons - to maintain overall health, and support my immune system, to help boost my energy levels, to increase the strength in my nails, and to help maintain healthy skin and hair. I do add a few different vitamins, supplements, etc to my daily diet.
This is a high in strength dose, and I normally take 1,000 mcg - one tablet a day. Vitamin B12 is a must for your body and it’s a popular product in my family. It’s not my first time buying this product and I can see the results. Vitamin B12 helps prevent anemia that makes people tired and weak. I've found that this vitamin does make a difference if taken regularly, rather than in fits and starts.
The round shaped tablets are suitable for vegetarians, and come in a white plastic tub with a screw lid, are small, and they’re easy enough to swallow with a glass of water.
The container has 180 tablets and you take one a day with a meal and a glass of water, so one tub is approximately a 6 month supply. The ingredients are: Bulking Agents (Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose), Anti-Caking Agent (Magnesium Stearate), Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin), Anti-Caking Agent (Silica). I’m very happy with this product and, in my opinion, it’s worth every penny.
