Makes baking cleanup a breeze

We'd been buying unbleached parchment paper from the store in packs of 34 but this is actually cheaper and contains many more. It was half price through ZonDeals so it was quite a steal! It comes in a flat, resealable box. The size is perfect for a baking sheet and held up over multiple batches of cookies being removed. We've also used it to bake chicken on (it crisps nicely). Or you can cut it to fit into a different shape pan, like for cheesecakes, or to wrap grilled cheese to heat it in the toaster. I'll be buying this brand from now on.
