Hang on any smooth surface.

These come in handy in so many ways. 10 hooks mounted on individual squares with a sticky backing. Just peel off the protective layer and press in place. They are somewhat flexible so can be applied to almost any area. The hooks swivel up and down so it could be placed on a wall or ceiling. I have not tested the weight limits to their maximum hold but do know a wet beach towel was no problem for the hook. I have a few placed in different parts of the house .
