Doctor Foot's Heel Insoles
My tennis shoe size is 7 in women's and these fit in my Files just fine. On the other hand, my fiance has much wider feet and they aren't very comfortable to him!
As for myself, since I decided to try these out, I can tell a huge difference in my heels. They usually hurt about halfway through the day from standing. Even when I'm home I'm usually standing up for some reason and most nights I'm miserable if I'm still on my feet. With these insoles, I get much needed relief from that pain in my heels!
