So far I've had this belt on for a few days and it does seem to work when I put it on within maybe half an hour I'm already sweating without any effort and then when I do workout it's even more, I've noticed some difference in my waist but haven't been able to measure it to see how much I've lost but it does seem to be doing what it says it does.
