The item has stopped working to charge my iPhone XS MAX and it keeps getting hot. I tried disconnecting it from the electrical outlet for over a week thinking maybe it will just reset it self but it’s still flashing red all the time and still won’t charge my iPhone and still getting hot. And when I looked on the internet for information I found that alot of people are complaining about the same thing. Which really bites because I really wanted this item very bad.
