My carrier came in defected. After several days of emailing I finally got them to refund my money. The carrier seems like a good idea. I will continue to look for a similar one made by a different company. So I will post this as neutral in the hopes that if you want to order it may not be damaged & workout great for you. Like I said, it's a great concept.
