TiMi Tree Water Balloon Launcher

We had a lot of fun with this today.  The only problem was that it doesn't do well with the water balloons that come with the easy fill connections.  The ones that fill 20 or more at a time.  They are too small and when you pull the sling shot back, it sort of closes around them and they get stuck.  It does work for larger water balloons and about anything else you want to launch accross the yard.  We got very imaginitive as the afternoon went on and everyone was laughing their tails off.  We are going to take this to our annual BalloonFest and launch T-shirts into the crowd with it.  Oh, it's fun!
