I had some problems with too much background noise with the first hearing amplifiers I received. my contact person then sent me replacements which were much better. One of the replacement amplifiers then failed and my contact person sent some replacement tubes with installation instructions and the amplifiers are now working fine. In summary, I am happy with amplifiers. I hope I do not have any other problems. The service Kaven provided was outstanding..
