We used this today for the first time going to my mom's for Thanksgiving. It's a long drive for a 6-year-old. He got quiet and I looked back at him and he was sound asleep! Using the Verisa pillow, he was comfortable and didn't wake up with a cramp in his neck or a sore shoulder. It sure made our Thanksgiving day a lot nicer since he got nap between Grandparents' houses! I give this pillow a 10!
