This is a good knife. It's very sharp and cuts with ease. It's balanced well for easy handling and a comfortable handle. I only gave it a 4**** star rating because there are two flaws on the cutting edge very close together about in the middle. It's hard to tell if it's chips or what but definitely there. Under magnification they appear to be very small chips on the cutting edge. I still feel this is a good knife and affordable. I don't feel this flaw is a common one that the one I received is just my bad luck. Lol I believe if you purchase one there probably won't be any problem. You would definitely like the feel of the knife as I do and be happy with the cutting performance also as I do. Even with this small flaw I feel confident in this knife and can recommend it. Get one for yourself or as a gift to someone you know can use and appreciate a sharp knife. Christmas is only about 4 weeks away so order before it too late. I'm glad I have mine and am pleased with it overall.
