Pros:
Quality rubber and fits the size fits exactly.
Attractive color and design. It looks elegant on my small wrist.
The rubber does not cause allergies on my sensitive skin.
Easy to attach and remove with a strong magnet.
Cons:
A little bigger on my wrist and I needed to punch additional holes to make it comfortable. But not an issue to me.
