This is such a lovely light.  The light is soft but bright enough to enjoy from a distance.  It can be used for outdoor or indoor purposes honestly.  But I really love the waterproof top region!  Seriously a lovely gift for anyone who enjoys a little whimsy in their life!  I wish I had another!  Absolutely worth the purchase!
