We use silicone baking mats to cut down on our foil use. These mats are great little mats for that! They had a minor smell when we took them out of the package but we washed them in hot soapy water and the smell went way. The quality looks great and like they're going to hold up to the wear and tear of our kitchen. We do a lot of cooking at home so we something heavy duty.
