I cook a lot with cast iron cookware and needed something a bit better than the normal type of utencils that are made of a type of plastic. These are able to handle the heat of a cast iron pot and are perfect for flipping fried eggs perfectly. I don't have to worry about this one melting in the pan and I love them.
