Still up in the air!

I have been looking for a sound soultion for a little while now to replace my sorround sound system that we cannot keep anymore becasue we have a little one going around the house. We purchased this sound system and I am not sure how I feel about it yet. We used it for about 8 hours or so and now it won't power up but I am giving the tech support a chance to make things right and either replace it or refund me. The unit worked well when it was on however it doesn't have much bass and sound control so your stuck with thte sound you get but it dows give a good sound when listening to it.
