Have used for a week now after being told my vitamin d levels were low and the change in my health since has been notable. This is additional supply of D3 but initially I have been presribed to use 4000 iu. Both mornings and evenings I have more energy and a cheerier attitude with less mood swings both to the benefit of me, my family and my general outlook. Recommended for anyone else struggling in the mornings and allow a week to see changes.
