It measures 6" by 3 1/2" and made of neoprene. Neoprene is strong and will protect your expensive firearms. Holds my family members 38 special securely and fits it well. The holster is secured with double sewn stitching for security. There is an opening at the bottom for the barrel and a removable thumb strap. The strap snaps shut on one side and has Velcro on the inside. The clip is metal and 2 1/4" long. You can clip in inside your pants, on a belt or loop and more.
