I don't eat eggs often- so I don't need a rack just for them. This sits up higher than the steamer rack that comes with the instantpot and fits in the pot perfectly. I will mostly be using it for veggies and it will also work well to layer things in the pot. I did a test run with hard boiled eggs and it worked flawlessly.
