I really like these but wish they were bigger. The stones are "cool" pun intended. They hold the chill for a while but if they were bigger they would work better given cold dispursion. We use them as cold packs in the kids lunch. Dry and in a plastic bag - they keep everything cold without making a mess. Solid recommendation but we do wish they were bigger.
